In 2020 we started to work on the issue of well-being in the legal industry in order to emphasize the urgency for Best Practices in law firms and legal departments. We advocate for the mental health of legal professionals and to foster long-term and human-centered work concepts.<\/p>\n

“Human Centered Leadership”<\/h2>\n

LECARE and the Liquid Legal Institute organized the first “Human Centered Leadership” event in Hamburg. In workshops, experts from law firms and legal departments worked on identifying Best Practices for Corporate Health. A safe environment was provided to reduce the worries of talking about taboo topics and to support the interchange between the participants. The long-term goal is to develop effective and actionable initiatives for everyday life in legal departments and law firms.<\/p>\n
